PropFlow ("we," "us," or "our") collects information you provide directly when you create an account, including your name, email address, and phone number. We also collect property data, tenant information, lease details, payment records, and maintenance requests that you enter into the platform.
We use your information to provide and maintain the PropFlow service, process rent payments through our payment processor (Stripe), send you notifications about maintenance tickets and announcements, and improve our platform's features and performance.
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with third-party service providers that help us operate the platform, such as Stripe for payment processing. These providers are bound by confidentiality obligations and are prohibited from using your data for other purposes.
We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (TLS), secure authentication, and row-level database access controls. Payment information is handled entirely by Stripe and is never stored on our servers.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time through the Settings page. Upon deletion, your personal information and associated records will be permanently removed within 30 days.
